Narrative
A modern tale about finding your fortune in the world of West Texas oil rigs. A landowner, at least someone who works in the oil industry, will act as a middleman between exploration companies and landowners.
Essentially, they own the land and obtain leases to drill for oil and gas
Typically, a land agent’s job is to negotiate and finalize deals with landowners who have mineral rights to lease those rights to the company they represent. As foremen on a construction site, they build roads, worker housing (camp), supervise the assembly of excavation machinery, and the drilling of the well itself, especially in remote areas.

They are also part repairman, part problem solver, and part helper. I love this show for its good and different story that keeps your attention.
Another tough guy, tough life, Sheridan Smith and always a good subject
Billy Bob Thornton as Tommy is great and he loves learning about how the oil industry works. I’m hooked and some strong characters like Jon Hamm as the big guy and Demi Moore as his oil baroness wife are inspiring because she’s beautiful.
I hope we don’t have to wait years for the next series
Tommy, played by Billy Bob, is definitely a better actor, if not equal to John Dutton.
