Narrative

After a family tragedy, three generations of the Dietz family return home to Winter River. 🤔 The sequel just didn’t capture the magic of the original

Beetlejuice, specifically Beetlejuice, and maybe Bob, were the only decent things in this sequel. The original Beetlejuice is legendary and I’m going to pretend this one doesn’t exist because, seriously, come on. It lacked the charm, wit and unique style that made the first film a classic.

Shame because it had so much potential

It felt like a cash grab rather than a genuine attempt to further the story. Fans of the original will likely be disappointed. Hopefully, future projects will do more justice to Beetlejuice’s legacy.
