In a mysterious and surreal place somewhere between Tehran and Winnipeg, the lives of several characters intertwine in a surprising and mysterious way. Students Negin and Nazgol find a sum of money frozen in winter ice and ask to return it. Meanwhile, Massoud leads a group of increasingly confused tourists through Winnipeg’s monuments and historic sites. Matthew quits his pointless job at a government agency in Quebec and embarks on a mysterious journey to visit his mother. Space, time and personal identities disappear, intertwine and reflect in a surreal comedy of misdirection.
